Job Description

Position: Sales Support / Customer Service
Location: Mississauga - Skymark Avenue (in office position)
Salary: $50, 000 - $55, 000 / year
Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Responsibilities
  • Maintain working knowledge of each client account, specific needs, and requirements
  • Assist with literature and sample product fulfilment
  • Follow up on product ETA
  • Ad hoc duties as required
  • Update product quotations, project quotations, special pricing, and agreements
  • Manage inventory levels and client database (addresses, shipping information)
  • Assit sales team with price and deliveries
Qualifications
  • General working knowledge of MS Office and Intermediate Excel
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position. Employment for an electronic or electrical product manufacturer or distributor is a definite asset
  • Experience using Sage 300 is highly preferred
  • High school diploma. Post secondary diploma or degree is a definite asset
  • Bilingual French/English Skills are an asset
