Job Description
What we're looking for


As a Sales Solutions Engineer you will provide pre-sales technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer satisfaction. In addition to supporting the sales team in pre-sales conversations, you will collaborate with product, marketing, legal, and security and customer success.


You will


  • Develop working knowledge of the competitive landscape and become an expert in the CX and Feedback collection space
  • Collaborate on multiple sales wide initiatives such as trainings, webinars and more
  • Be a customer advocate internally while working with other teams including Product, support, engineering, and sales
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and custom Security Reviews
  • Provide training to improve product knowledge and demo abilities
  • Provide functional and technical expertise in the pre-sales phase, including knowledge of Momentive's platform, APIs, Mobile SDKs and additional solutions
  • Support our prospective clients and New Business Account Executives throughout the sales cycle by translating features into value drivers for their business
  • Understand prospect challenges and provide guidance on how Momentive solutions can solve these complex business problems


You have


  • 3+ years experience as a Sales Engineer or equivalent role, with a focus on SaaS
  • Experience delivering SaaS demonstrations and writing technical business documentation like workflow diagrams, proposals, RFPs and RFIs
  • A curious and inquisitive mind, with an interest in exploring new programs and integrations
  • A technical background with experience working with APIs, HTML & CSS, and some Javascript
