: Bilingual (French/English) Solutions Engineer

Location: Montreal area (Remote)

Pay: 80,000 CAD with 20K bonus potential

Our client is a leading provider of Managed IT and Managed Cybersecurity services, offering innovative solutions to businesses of all sizes. As part of our continued growth, we are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Bilingual (French/English) Solutions Engineer to join our team. This is a remote position based in the Montreal area.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Professional certifications such as CompTIA Security+, Cisco CCNA, or similar qualifications are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Managed IT services and solutions, including remote monitoring and management (RMM), help desk support, backup and disaster recovery, and endpoint security.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating effectively with remote teams.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze client requirements and propose appropriate solutions.
• Strong technical background in IT and cybersecurity, with knowledge across various domains such as networking, cloud computing, infrastructure, and cybersecurity best practices.
• Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal) is essential for effective client communication and relationship-building.
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within an MSP/Managed IT environment.
