As an industrial system engineer, you are responsible for the design, implementation and improvement of industrial production systems. You work closely with engineering, production and maintenance teams to ensure systems meet quality and safety standards while maximizing production efficiency.

Main Skills

• Knowledge of manufacturing / assembly processes (preferably in aeronautics)
• Good knowledge of mechanical, electrical, computer or industrial engineering.
• Knowledge of Lean principles Manufacturing
• Production management / Supply chain Ensure compliance of production systems with quality and safety standards, including regulatory and environmental standards
• Understanding of the industrial system and the impacts of the various changes

Qualifications

Required Education

BS in Aerospace Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering / Production Engineering / Industrial Engineering or equivalent

Project Management Skills

• Management of project stakeholders, networking and communication.
• Experience in planning, risk management, action plan and its monitoring, reporting

• Ramp up simulation: ID2R
• PERT, scheduling: SIMBAL
• Workflow and people: Anylogic
• Model visualization: 3DX, CATIA, NovoDesk

• System Engineering (requirements management) / Validation & Verification management
