CyberClan is an exciting Forensic & Cyber Security Services Company with over 16 years of success providing Cyber Security investigations and digital forensics services to a diverse range of clients internationally. The company is an established single provider of digital forensic services to the insurance and legal sector and other commercial sectors.
The Solutions Consultant is a key partner within the organization’s sales teams to achieve sales goals by helping validate the technical aspects of deals. The successful candidate combines their superior technical knowledge and sales skills in order to provide consultation to current and potential clients demonstrating product solutions to customer needs.
This is a customer facing role and the candidate must be comfortable and confident working with business executives and be able to work effectively in a collaborative role with sales teams and business partners. Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Project Managers to ensure successful project delivery
- Work closely with marketing and sales on webinars, corporate slicks, blog posts and demonstrations.
- Monitoring trends in the greater threat landscape that might provide beneficial support to the Client’s sales process
- Clearly articulate the benefits of CyberClan services to all external clients up to C-level executive
- Responsible for strategic client communication and coordination, deeper level of technical expertise and understanding in Information Technology and Information Security
- Maintain lead/account/opportunities updates in CRM platform (i.e. Salesforce)
- Support in bid response, proposals, statement-of-work creation
- Additionally, responsible for conducting ongoing research
- Architect technical security solutions to match client needs
- Responsible for Cyber Security customer solutions & pre-sales architect and support
- Work with account executives to priorities sales opportunities
- Able to create and document procedures for internal and external resources
Skills, Experience, Degrees or Certifications
- Experienced with the use and configurations of leading EDR, SIEM and Email Security solutions
- Previous technical pre-sales experience supporting security products and services, working with existing partners delivering technical expertise, proposals, statement of work, RFP’s, updates and roadmaps
- Experience in client presentation on the latest Cyber Threat Landscape
- Previous experience in Pre-Sales consulting and solutions
- Experience with penetration testing, vulnerability assessments and risk auditing services.
- Strong business acumen combined with deep understanding of Information Technology, Information Security, and a broad understanding of Incident Response and Risk Management Services.
- Advanced group facilitation and presentation skills
- Proven ability to build rapport through the sales process
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and negotiation skills.
- Previous technical pre-sales experience supporting security products
- Have an expert understating of cybersecurity and the tactics and techniques used by threat actors to compromise organisational networks
- IT or other security certification/accreditation or equivalent
- Ability to articulate complex technical information to clients
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and/or Business, or Computer Science
- Must be bilingual in French and English
