Our client is looking for a Resources Manager to join the Corporate Marketing Team in Mississauga. Working in a hybrid model - onsite 2 days a week, 3 days remote.

Reporting to the Director, Contractor Programs, you will work with six regional operations to champion the strategy, development, and execution of compelling contractor training, tools, and partnerships that will help the company attract the next generation hardscaper and build the business of existing customers.
The goal is to drive industry-leading initiatives and your technical hardscaping knowledge will ensure that these deliver maximum value. You will also work cross-functionally with the in- house Studio and Field Sales teams to make your training and resource materials come to life.

You will also need:
- Strong communication skills and presentation ability.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, SketchUp, and CAD.
- A natural curiosity for competitive and performance analytics and focus on continuous improvement.
- Passion for elevating contractor training through content development, practical instruction or demonstration.
- Frequent travel to the Corporate Office for regular meetings and across the U.S. Regions for training events and contractor networking.
- Deep expertise with hardscape installation practices.
- Confidence leading large projects, keeping details organized, and all deliverables on time.
