Remote Sales Representative Jobs

Adecco is currently seeking an enthusiastic and driven Inside Sales Representative to join our client's high-growth program in the service industry. This is a full-time position that focuses on bringing the best restaurants to customers' doors through a delivery service. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for outbound cold calling, relationship building, and expanding the client's customer base. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the early stages of an exciting program and make a significant impact.

• Job type: Full-time | Temporary
• Shifts: Monday - Friday | 10 am - 6 pm
• Location: Remote
• Pay rate: $27 - $30 /hour, based on experience

Duties & Responsibilities

• Setting up meetings and appointments to establish and nurture client relationships.
• Utilizing Salesforce CRM, Groove, and other internal tools to manage sales activities.
• Conducting 50+ daily outbound phone calls to prospective clients, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
• Conducting face-to-face meetings with clients when needed
• Adapting to a fast-paced environment and utilizing technology effectively to drive sales.
• Researching and identifying new potential clients to expand the customer base.

Candidate's Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Non-essential skills: Cold-calling experience, tech sales experience, customer service experience, and exposure to startups through work or internships.
• Experience with Salesforce CRM, Groove, and other relevant tools or applications is preferred.
• Must be legally eligible to work and reside in Canada.
• New graduate with a maximum of 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, cold calling, or a similar field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
