We are looking for a Relationship Manager to build and preserve trusting relationships with our candidates and clients. We’ll rely on you to find ways to outperform our competition and maintain our company’s positive image.
To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing teams and build rapport with customers. We also expect you to be a strategic thinker with an analytical mind and strong problem-solving skills.
Ultimately, you’ll maintain strong relationships with our company’s candidates to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that all client and candidate information is accurately entered into our database
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and requirements
- Proactively reach out to clients to ensure satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop materials to support business development efforts
- Attend networking events and industry conferences to develop new relationships and expand our network
- Work closely with the recruitment team to identify new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- 3+ years of experience in sales, relationship management, or a similar role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge of the technical staffing industry is a plus
- Ability to identify business opportunities and close deals
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
