LKQ Bodyshop Network Relationship Manager - South of England

As Network Relationship Manager will be responsible for acquiring, maintaining and monitoring Accident Management, Insurer and VM networks who have a commercial agreement with LKQ. The role will build strategic relationships, providing comprehensive and innovative support to those networks, maximising compliance and opportunities. You will be required to build and implement a strategic plan that supports both AMC/Insurer clients and Bodyshop customers.

The Network Relationship Manager will work as part of the team to create, develop, and drive high performance and standards which link to the organisations strategic plan, ultimately delivering on our customer promise.

Key Accountabilities

• Manage and monitor repairer compliance across multiple AMC/ Insurer networks
• Utilising relevant business data to understand the opportunities across multiple AMC/ Insurer networks
• To build and develop network repairer relationships showing the value of the LKQ Proposition
• Establishing productive, professional relationships with board level and senior operational personnel in AMC/ Insurer Networks and repairers
• Create influential relationships with network managers from our strategic partners
• Ensuring all customer and client feedback is proactively listened to and acted upon
• To be a key part of LKQ Bodyshop team supporting and working closely with both the sales and operations teams
• Collation of monthly reporting on compliance across all AMC/ Insurer networks
• Ensure you can improve customer compliance through leveraging the tools you have at your disposal
• To build strategic plans for the AMC/ Insurers and repairers
• Delivering a personalized customer experience to build a deep rapport with AMC/ Insurers and their respective networks
• Work remotely to deliver a balanced performance against key business metrics in line with business goals and objectives

Experience Needed

• Pro-active commercial problem solver and analyst
• Self-starter, who can work autonomously and remotely with extensive travel
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Proven effective communication skills, a confident cross-functional communicator with the ability to influence at board level
• Significant experience and success with high level account management or a similar senior customer facing role
• Proven effective planning and organisational skills
• Self-critical and challenging of the status quo
