Position Overview: Our client, an established Property Management company, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join the team as a Residential Property Administrator and Marketing Assistant. This position plays a critical role in efficiently managing the residential properties while also contributing to the development and execution of marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strong marketing acumen to support our property management and promotional efforts.
Responsibilities:
1. Tenant Relations:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Facilitate the leasing process, including screening potential tenants and preparing Leases.
2. Financial Management:
• Collect and manage rent payments, ensuring timely processing and accurate record-keeping including recording NSF and returned payments.
• Generate reports, including rent roll and accounts receivable reports and submit to management on a regular basis.
3. Administrative Support:
• Maintain lease files and tenant records and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Prepare LTB Forms including N1, N4, N8.
• Handle eviction process from start to finish in accordance with legal procedures if necessary.
4. Communication and Reporting:
• Communicate regularly with property managers, providing updates on property performance, occupancy rates, and financials.
• Collaborate with the property management team to strategize and implement plans for property improvement and tenant satisfaction.
5. Marketing and Communications: (Residential, Commercial Portfolio and general Corporate Marketing.)
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to attract prospective tenants and increase property occupancy.
• Create engaging and compelling marketing materials, including property listings, brochures, and digital content for various platforms.
• Utilize social media and online marketing channels to promote properties and engage with potential tenants.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and pricing strategies to enhance property marketability.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings to optimize property performance.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in residential property management or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive tenant relationships.
• Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Yardi and MS Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
