Job Description

Our client, a well established Commercial Property management company is seeking an experienced Property Administrator to join their dedicated team. This company manages a portfolio of well maintained Office and Retail buildings with long standing tenants with a history of great service. In this role you will support the Property Management team with daily Operations, Tenant Services, and assisting with processing final tenant payments, and Budget preparations at year end.


*Proficiency in Word and Excel essential. Having experience with Yardi and MRI Angus a strong asset.

*3 years minimum experience working within a Commercial Property management firm.

This is a fully on-site role.
