On behalf of our healthcare client, Affinity is looking for an Infrastructure Project Manager to lead projects focused on improving network security, data safety, and administrative effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Own all aspects of detailed project planning, tracking, activity oversight and reporting
• Manage the project based on Information Management Project Management Office Project Lifecycle and related project policies, standards, tools and templates
• Actively oversee project team members, vendors, and deliverables
• Proactively plan detailed future project activities
• Act as liaison between all project stakeholders to reach common understanding
• Identify and manage issues to resolution in a timely manner
• Identify high impact and high probability risks to achievement of benefits, scope, budget and schedule, and work with all stakeholders to mitigate risks, to achieve established baselines
• Track and manage the project to scope, budget and schedule baselines
• Formally manage project changes
• Call and chair project meetings
• Regularly report financial forecasting and project status
• Define and measure the success criteria with project sponsor and stakeholders
• Act as a change agent to manage stakeholder expectation and solution adoption
• Document lessons learned and knowledge transfer in operation transition
Qualifications:
Experience in:
• Stakeholder engagement, process development, change management, project management
• Network security, systems analysis, design and migration
• Enterprise clinical/business application architecture
• Knowledge of provincial healthcare technology services
• A Project Management designation is preferred
