Description


Riipen's Strategic Projects team is expanding and we are looking for a mission driven Project Coordinator to join our team!


Our Strategic Projects team works at the intersection of all of our client-facing teams. Within this dynamic team, we have a combination of Project Coordinators and Project Managers who support customer-facing portfolios for some of our most valuable partnerships by using our Riipen Platform to provide work-integrated learning experiences to tens of thousands of students. This Project Coordinator role will have a different core focus than the rest of the team with 70% of the time working on a wide variety of Project Communications work to support the wider portfolio. That being said, this role will also be fully trained in all of the work the Strategic Projects team performs. This role is fully remote and while it can be located anywhere in Canada, there is a strong preference for PST or CST timezones.


Key Responsibilities


  • Play a part in defining new departmental processes and procedures to maximize team efficiency in providing best-in-class project support and execution;
  • Support the Strategic Projects team successfully delivering projects under their portfolio;
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to manage project deliverables and required outcomes;
  • Shepherd the creation of Strategic Project marketing assets, copy, and promotional needs by engaging with the right internal team members
  • Act as the intersection between key internal stakeholders such as Impact Reporting, Riipen Creative & Content, Operations, Data and Finance;
  • Provide overall Project Support as required which includes, Quality assurance within the platform, processing payments, following up with users, responding to customer inquiries and providing exceptional customer service;
  • Assist with project reporting in alignment with internal requirements and any formal external reporting requirements;
  • Work closely with the Project Coordinators and Project Managers to understand functional deliverables within the portfolio, lead and monitor those projects;
  • Collect and analyze data from various sources, synthesizing information to create insightful reports that tell a compelling and data-driven story, enabling effective decision-making and strategic planning;
  • Work closely with the product team to relay any feedback and flag areas for customer improvement.


Skills, Knowledge And Expertise


Great Candidates Will Have...


  • An empathetic nature, with the ability to understand and address customer concerns and provide outstanding support;
  • 2+ years experience in administrative-based or project-delivery work;
  • Experience in basic marketing activities such as writing copy and proofreading;

  • Experience working with Hubspot CRM and Intercom;
  • Experience in customer-facing positions;
  • Experience and success working with remote teams.
