  • We are looking for a Product Refurbishment Program Coordinator to join our team!

In this role, you will:


  • Prepare components for reuse
  • Identify way to improve program performance (quality throughput)
  • Attend weekly customer update calls when required
  • Test & determine scope of rework determination for each unit
  • Identify part supply issues and make recommendations
  • Disassemble and inspection of components
  • Process of shipping cases, i.e., appropriate disposal or storage for reuse
  • Support standard rotary service as required
  • Supply recovered components to designated stores areas in keeping with Production schedules
  • Organize storage and movement of customer products and components
  • Own system (SharePoint) inputs – test data, scope of work, completion dates.
  • Coordinate work in keeping with program objectives
  • Support inventory adjustments by clearly communicating BoM deviations to Production
  • Maintain product inventory list

What You Bring:


  • Ability to test and evaluate fiber optic rotary joints (FORJ)
  • Ability to disassemble rotary products, identify parts and visually inspect for suitability for reuse
  • Working knowledge of Moog Focal rotary products
  • Basic knowledge of LN, SharePoint, InfoPath, Excel, and Outlook
