Atlantic Industrial Equipment has an exciting career opportunity for a Product Support Specialist. This position is based in Dartmouth NS and will be responsible for facilitating and coordinating communication between our customers and multiple internal departments including; Parts, Service, Warranty, Sales and LiuGong North America.

The ideal candidate is customer focused and enjoys providing solutions for internal and external customers.They enjoy working as a team or on their own and utilizes technology to stay organized.Heavy Equipment experience would be an asset but not a requirement.

Atlantic Industrial Equipment, subsidiary, of Nova Truck Centres, is the full line LiuGong Equipment dealer for Atlantic Canada.LiuGong is the largest wheel loader manufacturer in the world and top 15 construction equipment manufacturer in the world.Atlantic Equipment acquired the dealership for the Atlantic Canadian market in 2020 and after seeing strong growth we are looking for a motivated individual to help build on the success we have enjoyed.

Job Duties include:

·Writing service orders and facilitate scheduling of repairs with customers

·Communicate repair status and advise of changes to customers

·Processing warranty claims with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM)

·Coordinating parts and attachment orders and inventory management for Heavy Equipment

·Facilitate parts and attachment delivery to Heavy Equipment customers.
