We are looking for a Product Refurbishment Program Coordinator to join our team!

Coordinate work in keeping with program objectives

7+ years of software engineering, systems engineering or technical product/program management experience.

Develop, implement, and iterate on program management procedures, frameworks, and metrics to achieve goals with defined success criteria

Execute on technical programs that require systems and engineering level knowledge

You have strong written and verbal communication skills, building strong relationships with stakeholders and teams around the organization.

Experience operating autonomously and leading large-scale efforts across multiple teams and functions, with stakeholders in different disciplines across time zones.

Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-scale platforms, infrastructure and organizations.

Experience owning and delivering projects; formal project management training or certifications a plus

Work with Knowledge Management to evaluate content and resources to ensure it reflects product changes or launches, and meets audience needs

Exceptional time management skills, ability to effectively prioritize where and how you spend your time

Strong attention to detail, organizational and team management skills

Experience with learning management and content management systems

Engage and implement feedback from enablement partners on deliverables to create enjoyable experiences for learner

Experience working with technical teams, including product management, operations, engineering, etc. and cross-functionally.

Experience in planning and portfolio management and understanding of software development lifecycle and operations.

10-12 years in project/program management role managing software development projects.

Manage the strategic planning and Intake process for the Organization.

Define and track project deliverables - create project plan, roadmaps, manage project schedules, and own end to end project delivery.

Bachelors in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience.

b)Employ project management skills and techniques to effectively plan, execute and communicate projects;

b)Minimum eight (8) years combined relevant experience working with industry stakeholders, project management, and agricultural production;

d)Ensure effective management and regular communication within the team with provisions for succession.

e)Support and recommend cross-functional abilities throughout individual teams and the organization, where applicable.

Experience in process design and architecture

8+years in IT; 2+ years of program management experience.

5+ years of project management and/or business analyst experience.

Champions project management best practices and processes.

Work with Technology Manager and Finance Coordinators to manage budget/team composition

Education and/or strong work experience in Information Technology or a related field (preferred).

Assemble and manage program roadmap and checkpoint gates.

5+ years of experience in project management and a proven track record of successful project delivery within budget and on schedule

Strong leadership and management skills, ability to manage a team of 10-15 scientists, analysts, and researchers

Familiarity with project management software and tools, such as Microsoft Project or Primavera, and PMIS

Meet with potential clients and document client needs, developing an offering that meets and exceeds those needs in a timely manner

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate complex ideas to different audiences and build relationships with clients, stakeholders, and vendors

Knowledge of the transportation industry, particularly in zero-emissions transit, and understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this field.

Interest [MC1] , knowledge and understanding of current ESG market themes and standards is a key requirement for the role.

Have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and good attention to detail and comfortable working with and drawing conclusions from data.

Have good knowledge of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Access)

Be fluent in English (written and spoken). Detailed knowledge of an additional language will be beneficial

Will have to present and discuss internally (and externally) their findings and related outputs.

Ability to start September 2023 in Toronto ( hybrid office schedule [JR2] )
