The Employee Experience Design Global HR team is all about creating experiences employees love and is focused on understanding the needs of our colleagues, providing solutions that simplify the complex to make lives easier. Reporting to the VP of Employee Experience Design, Global HR, as the Product Manager of Talent Acquisition Technology you play a critical role in delivering Talent Acquisition technology solutions focused on modernizing and curating innovative and personalized experiences for candidates and colleagues. As a trusted partner to our Talent Acquisition CoE, you will support technology projects and continuous process improvement initiatives.

Salary range is expected to be between
$100,500.00 CAD - $180,900.00 CAD

Strategic Implementation
- Collaborate with the delivery consultants aligned to their area, (scrum team), manage and prioritize the backlog, lead annual and quarterly product planning, participate in backlog ceremonies and routines, write user stories, and complete and guide UX research/Voice of the Employee activities
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition processes, programs and technology platforms to inform strategic recommendations.
- Guide our platform and portfolio approach to bring a consistent and cohesive tech recommendation and experience. This takes a unified effort with our delivery team, product managers and tech leadership.
- Inform and execute against the Talent Acquisition (TA) desired technology utcomes and capabilities via the development of a comprehensive product strategy, roadmap and set key business objectives (OKRs) aligned to CoE strategy.
- Support in the collection, documentation and execution of business requirements, project planning, testing, and all change management and implementation activities.
- Influence the communication/change plan for strategy across the domain of products.
- Complete benchmarking and garner industry insights, etc. All in line with Talent Acquisition priorities, product vision and strategy.

- Provide recommendations for improving TA processes and systems that complement and support business goals
- Apply design thinking and human centered design practices and principles when designing colleague experiences.
- Participate in our internal technology council and transformation committee, ensuring adoption of all internal governance and risk processes.
- Support cyclical vendor releases
- Supports the CoE in procurement practices including vendor management/compliance, contract renewals, and RFPs.
- Work with global project and stakeholder groups across different time zones while maintaining positive relationships with colleagues across HR CoE partners.
- Usher and help drive our Talent Acquisition (TA) and other HR technology and process transformation initiatives, globally
- Facilitate requirements collection and review with participating stakeholders and subject matter experts.
Education
- Human Centered Design Certification, an asset
- 7+ years of experience with Talent Acquisition technology supporting global, large-scale initiatives
- Bachelor's Degree, ideally in an HR or IT discipline
- CHRP/CHRL or PMP Certification an asset.
- Ability to lead client from discovery through execution with demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros, cons and risks) on key decisions during project delivery
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to exercise flexibility and judgment in assessing business risks and issues in a dynamic environment.
- Experience producing project documentation (e.g., project plans, project charters, communications plans, deployment plans)
- Strong communication skills (both written and verbal), including ability to deliver compelling client presentations
- Proven experience designing colleague experiences using Human Centered and/or LEAN design principles
- Strong understanding of Talent Acquisition Systems. Experience including Workday Recruiting, Interview/Video Technologies, CRMs, Chatbot etc.
- Ability to collaborate with multiple clients simultaneously, work with remote teams, think creatively, manage own time and take initiative to drive projects
