As ATB's next Product Manager, Digital Banking You will be responsible for collaborating with a team of talented Product Managers on the Digital Banking team as you focus on driving value for our clients and the organization, alongside our cross functional teams, through the delivery of the digital banking experiences.

Role Accountabilities

• Delivers feasible, viable and desirable client experience for product and/or product line by leveraging data insights, partners, and stakeholders
• Accountable for delivery of client & business outcomes; discovers, designs, develops and manages activities for a specific product or group of products through entire lifecycle
• Collaborates with other leaders from areas such as software development, design and agile delivery to ensure the cross functional team is well supported and that we are delivering with sound process
• Acts as enterprise SME on product or product line; accountable for delivering annual business objectives
• Works cross-functionally with relevant teams and stakeholder groups to support the product throughout the product life cycle
• Breaking down large goals into tactical steps to demonstrate value and learn to inform future goals
• Creates and maintains continuous product strategy and roadmap for iterations against client and business outcomes

Requirements

Core Technical Skills

• Experience leading and facilitating workshops
• Launching and maintaining a digital product
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, MIRO, Mixpanel, Qualtrics etc
• Understanding and practice using agile software development methodologies
• Strong business acumen
• Experience developing product strategy and translating into requirements

• Can keep up with pace in an agile environment

Accreditation

• AIPMM certified, or equivalent experience
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science or equivalent degree or prior experience as an entrepreneur, product manager, or product designer in a company required
