As a skilled Product Delivery Specialist, your role will be crucial in our team, where you will advocate for product success and deliver unparalleled value to our clientele. Leveraging your product management expertise and strong customer-centric approach, you will liaise effectively with clients and internal teams on significant projects, ensuring streamlined communication and optimal product delivery. Being versatile, curious, and a problem solver, you will participate in all stages of the product lifecycle, converting business needs into user-friendly product solutions.

To be successful in this role, you will need to:

Product Management

• Stimulate product adoption by building a profound understanding of clients' business, product arrays, and short/long-term tech objectives.
• Team up with the development crew to design and manage product backlogs, ranking features based on business significance and user input.
• Engage intensively with clients to comprehend their product necessities, pinpoint enhancement opportunities, and shepherd them through the product lifecycle.
• Assist in solution testing to guarantee the delivery of top-tier products.
• Spearhead product presentations for clients, both on-site and remotely, spotlighting the merits and advantages of our solutions.

Client Engagement & Communication

• Nurture enduring bonds with clients, ensuring a gratifying experience and fostering client contentment.
• Exhibit superb oral and written communication skills in English, interacting with business stakeholders at all tiers professionally and effectively.
• Serve as the principal liaison for clients, handling their needs and expectations throughout the product delivery cycle.

Required Qualifications

• Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodologies, bolstered by a Scrum Master certification from a recognized provider such as Scrum Alliance.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
• A robust technical foundation, demonstrated by at least 7 years of software delivery experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven product management experience, particularly in client-facing roles.

Bonus points if you have any of the following:

• Industry experience in the energy sector.
• OutSystems Delivery Specialist Certification.
• 2 years of hands-on experience with the OutSystems platform or another low-code platform.
• An MBA or equivalent Master's Degree.
• Proven experience with tools like Jira or DevOps Boards.
