Pay Rate
The pay rate for this job is $18 - $19 / Hour
What you'll be doing as a Payroll / HR Clerk:

• Responsible for onboarding and orientation of new employees;
• Send and receive emails, complete service orders, file documents, create work orders and all other duties as assigned;
• Input new and revised employee setups within payroll system;
• Other payroll and office duties.
• Process employees' requests and provide relevant information as well as discipline and offer orientation to workers.;
• Track daily hours and absentees;

Job Requirements

• Must be comfortable to talk to employees about punctuality and attendance.
• Must have great attention to detail.
• Must be comfortable working in site trailer and interacting with company employees.
• Must have reliable transportation as this position is not on a bus route.
• Must be able to multi task and respond quickly to changing priorities.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be legal to work in Canada.
• Must be efficient in all Microsoft Office Suite programs.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
