We have an immediate requirement for a full-time Senior Payroll Specialist to support our Finance and Human Resources Teams, with experience in building payroll processes and manage a transition to a new payroll software.

What you will be doing:

• Electronically submit all information to the bank so pays can be issued on time
• Responsible to maintain relevant cost center structure
• Verify employee hours worked, attendance, benefits and payroll deduction
• Balance yearly reports and resolve bank statements every month
• Responsible for approving all information in the payroll system
• Manage end of contract pay calculation
• Create reports to manage payroll payments, deductions, and other regular modifications
• Manage payroll errors and correct issues for employees
• Update salary information according to career changes
• Ensure all banking information for each employee is correct
