Overnight Call Centre Agent

This exciting Overnight Call Center opportunity is for individuals with excellent customer service skills to join a growing team on a long-term contract!

The clients are looking for individuals with a super star personality and great customer service skills.

Details:

• First 6-8 weeks will be onsite training in Kanata, once training is complete the role will move to 100% remote in Ottawa.
• Pay Rate: $17.10/hr
• Training schedule is Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm
• Once training is completed schedule will shift to Flexible hours (including overnights at times) Monday - Sunday

The role involves:

- Working at a welcome desk and handling customer requests.

- Coordinating conference calls, registering incoming calls and emails.

- Dispatching them according to service commitments, creating technical support tickets, placing orders on parts, and maintaining accurate inventory.

To be considered for this role, applicants must have:

- Excellent communication skills in English.

- Flexible to work Monday to Sunday, daytime and evenings, including overnights.

- Problem-solving and attention to detail skills.

- Previous experience with Salesforce and ticketing is also an asset.
