The Call Center Agent - Customer Service is a highly enthusiastic individual who enjoys answering donor questions, resolving complaints and addressing concerns. Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintaining customer records by updating account information
- Performing outbound calls to schedule preventative maintenances and tune-ups
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions
- Resolving problems by clarifying issues, researching, exploring answers/alternative solutions, implementing solutions, and escalating unresolved issues
- Ensuring that customers are contacted in a timely manner to schedule preventative maintenance
- Other duties as may be assigned
- Answering incoming phone calls from clients and discussing needs while maintaining great customer relations
- Handling and resolving a variety of customer concerns, complaints, and questions by phone, email, and in-person
- Post-secondary education, with preference given to an applicant with experience working in a non-profit office environment
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft office programs, specifically data entry
- Superior interpersonal skills, public speaking skills, good listening and negotiation skills
- Exceptional interpersonal skills communication skills and fluency in English (both written and oral)
- Demonstrates drive and initiative to accomplish results
- Outstanding time management skills motivated to work in a fast-paced environment and with the ability to comfortably work simultaneously on multiple projects.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to systematically solve problems and offer solutions
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Mental ability – moderate – providing information and representing the mustard seed
- Moderate mental effort is required to successfully accomplish the essential job functions such as providing information and resolving data discrepancies
- Moderate physical effort is required to successfully accomplish the essential job functions, such as keyboarding to word process documents and entering data into Salesforce
- Sitting for long periods of time at a desk
- Must have legal authorization to work in Canada for anyone other than current employer
