A sales-oriented individual with at least 1 year of sales experience and can reach aggressive sales targets

At least 6 months of customer service experience, in any field

Call Center experience is considered an asset

Basic computer and data entry skills

Experience being a call center agent or similar retail experience

2 years of CSR experience is a plus

Detailed orientated with good time management and organizational skills.

To provide operational and administrative support and quality standards to the Retail Banking and Wealth Management business.

At least 2-3 years of customer service experience.

Strong communication (verbal and written), customer service and interpersonal skills.

Some experience with conflict resolution required.

Good to have small business banking experience.

You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success

Availability to start on Aug 4th , and attend 3 weeks of remote paid training Mon-Fri from 7:00 am-3:30 pm PST.
