Bc Inbound Sales Agent - Afternoon/Evening

1-800-GOT-JUNK?, part of O2E Brands, is hiring happy, hard-working individuals to join our 250+ Remote Inbound Sales Agents across Canada.

• Work from the comfort of your own home with a 0-minute commute
• Get extended health benefits package after a 3-month probation
• Full-Time. Work 4 days on & 3 days off every week! - OR - Work 5 days on & 2 days off
• Availability to work shifts anytime between 12 PM and 11 PM, Monday-Sunday PST.
• Hiring Immediately for our Aug 4th Training Class
• Earn $16.75/hour + monthly sales bonus (guaranteed minimum bonus of $200 for your first month!)

A Day in the Life

• You receive inbound calls only - there are no outbound cold calls in this role
• After the 3 weeks, each agent joins a team with a Team Lead who will support you, and help you learn and gro
• Answer incoming Australian calls and provide a world class experience for our Australian customers
• Sell the magic of 1-800-GOT-JUNK? by explaining how we can make junk disappear with just a point of a finger
• All new agents must be available to start on Aug 4th
• You receive 3 weeks of fully paid remote training so you are set up for success

What You Bring To The Table

• Availability to start on Aug 4th , and attend 3 weeks of remote paid training Mon-Fri from 7:00 am-3:30 pm PST.
• A very friendly telephone mannerism and strong written and verbal communication skills
• A quiet space at home, quick & reliable internet connection, and good personal computer with min 8GB memory
• Comfortable learning new technology & good typing speed (minimum 25wpm)
• You are legally authorized to work in Canada AND currently reside in BC, AB, SK, MB, ON, or NS
• Following training, availability to work between 12 PM and 11 PM, Monday-Sunday PST.
• Experience with sales, customer service, hospitality, retail, call center, or other relevant experience is a plus!
