We are looking for Remote Call Center Sales Representatives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a high level of customer service experience and strong sales skills. They may handle a high volume of inbound calls and should seek to create a positive experience for each caller. They will listen to clients to understand the reason for their call, address all questions or complaints, and provide an accurate and efficient response.

What will you do?


You Will


As a Remote Call Center Sales Representative in Canada, you will interact with existing customers who are at risk of cancelling their services by addressing complaints with a goal of increasing sales and customer satisfaction.


  • Present products and services based on the customers’ needs and handle objections by explaining how the services and products will benefit them
  • Advocate the brand and build customer loyalty, and retain their account
  • Answer incoming calls, build rapport, and create a great customer experience by asking probing questions and actively listening to the customer’s request
  • Manage call flows and provide first-call resolution
  • Develop relationships with customers, using active listening to empathize, provide solutions and partner with customers on a resolution

You’d Be a Great Fit If You Are/Have


  • An empathetic person with the ability to relate to various personalities and age groups and foster fast relationships with customers so sales become easy
  • Call Center experience is considered an asset
  • Exceptional communicator with both verbal and written skills
  • A problem solver, using past experiences and your creative brain to craft solutions that makes sense for our client and the customer
  • Open availability to work on a flexible schedule: days, evenings, and weekends to meet customer demand
  • Intellectual with a deep understanding of computers and an ability to learn and navigate new software using multiple platforms at a time
  • Confident and self-motivated; can complete multiple tasks at a time with ease
  • A sales-oriented individual with at least 1 year of sales experience and can reach aggressive sales targets
  • Experience in a retention role is considered an asset
  • At least 6 months of customer service experience, in any field


Important Details


  • Internet Connection 15Mbps Download/6Mbps Upload
  • Permanent full-time positions only: Must have open availability to work a variety of shift timings to meet customer demand, this may include evenings and weekends.
  • Internet Connection MUST be able to be hardwired to the router, No WIFI (Ethernet cable is mandatory)
  • A dedicated and Distraction Free Workspace is necessary
  • Headset with microphone (USB) and webcam (for training)
