Call Center Representative Jobs

Successful candidates will be required to help customers in a number of areas, such as billing, service issues, and orders. Responsibilities:

• You will read the notes on each org/chart before calling, dispositioning calls correctly, and following established operating procedures while maintaining high quality work

• Toggle between applications and screens with ease

• Work with providers to get a commitment on scheduling the chart retrieval, as the goal of each call is to speak to the provider/point of contact and gain a commitment for sending in the identified medical records to the client

• Make a large number of calls per day, around 20 - 60 outbound calls per day

Qualifications:

• Ability to communicate effectively using various methods of communication telephone system, chats (TEAMS), emails and /or face-to-face.

• Independently receive, evaluate, research and resolve complex issues

• Ability to perform efficiently in moderate to fast paced environment

• Coachable

• Team Oriented

• Detail Oriented

• Customer Service Experience
