Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our call center team. The call center agent will be responsible for answering incoming calls from customers, providing information about our products and services, and resolving customer issues.


Duties


  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in our call center database
  • Answering incoming calls from customers and providing information about our products and services
  • Meeting or exceeding call center performance goals, such as call volume, customer satisfaction, and sales targets
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Making outbound calls to customers to follow up on previous inquiries or sales leads


Qualifications


  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on their feet
  • Basic computer skills and experience with call center software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle a large volume of calls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
