What We Need From You
In this position, you leverage your customer service skills and handle any questions clients may have. To sell potential customers on the value our company brings, you set appointments for our sales representatives to take over and guide these customers further along. You also perform data entry by entering information into our customer relations management software (CRM). We like to keep meticulous records of every call or lead that comes in, so you perform detail-oriented and accurate data entry. You contact all our previous customers and inquiries and let them know about our services! You have great self-organizing skills, excel in following up with leads and have great customer handling skills. If you can do this and meet the following requirements, apply today!

• Ability to type 40+ WPM
• 2 years of CSR experience is a plus
• Basic computer and data entry skills
• Ability to be on the phone 8 hours a day as well as make some cold calls
• Experience being a call center agent or similar retail experience
