WE NEED
Our client, Unleashd, has an opportunity for a Business Development Representative to join our team focused on the Ontario market (GTA).
You’re a results-driven individual who is motivated by driving revenue and customer growth. The enthusiasm for our product is only superseded by the desire you have to help our customers get the most out of their business by coupling fantastic processes with our software. You bring to the table a successful track record in sales by overachieving quotas and targets. You’re a self starter that likes the independence of prospecting and growing your market but knowing you’re part of a larger team and helping build out a collaborative vision. Growth is not just what you’re looking to do, it’s who you are and we want to give you a wide open field to do just that.
YOU LOVE

  • Holding discovery calls, giving product demo, and most importantly closing a deal

  • Meeting new people, getting face to face with potential new customers
YOU HAVE
  • A general understanding of how the retail automotive industry operates and the players within a dealership
  • A strong desire to win
  • Experience in negotiating and closing deal sizes of at least CAD $ 15-50k/year in terms of annual contract value (ACV) and sales cycles of 1-3 months
  • The comfort level to use online tools such for virtual meetings such as Google Workspace and other web based CRM platforms
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience in the automotive or related industry
  • Situational awareness to know when to be more direct and ask for the sale vs. reading a room and knowing when to play the long game
  • A clear understanding of what it takes to grow a market through new customer acquisition
