Job Description
Job Position - Executive Summary


As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be providing Security Solutions to Property Management Companies and Retail Shops across Ontario. This role is primarily new business development with no leads supplied. This is a newly created position and will be reporting directly to the President of the company. The base salary is $72,000 - $93,000 plus commissions.


Compensation & Benefits


  • Laptop
  • $74,000 to $192,000 Base Salary, plus commission
  • Car Allowance
  • OTE in the first year is $120,000 +

OFFICE LOCATION & SALES TERRITORY:


  • This role is work from home with 60% of the time required to be in the field
  • Full-time - Monday to Friday
  • One office visit required per week
  • Head Office - Kleinburg Ontario
  • The sales territory is Ontario


Experience, Background & Education Requirements


  • 5-10+ years of sales experience
  • 2-5 years of sales experience selling similar security solutions


Technical Skills


  • MS Word - Intermediate
  • PowerPoint - Intermediate
  • Excel - Intermediate
