We are based in downtown Toronto Canada and downtown Miami, Florida.. Our main target market islarge portfolio’s of multi residential, residential development, hotels and hospitality, office buildings and retirement communities.

Your Mission

Your mission is to lead the installation of centralized air and water purification systems in each building. You will develop processes and service maintenance schedules for each property. You will build and lead the installation and maintenance team to ensure our clients satisfaction.

We are looking for an exceptionally motivated, dynamic, energetic and experienced Operation/Project Manager with technical skills and an understanding of building’s electrical and plumbing systems. You are organized and a team builder.

• Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Trade certificate is an asset
• Strong presence and presentation skills
• Experience in Water management planning is considered an asset
• Experience sourcing and arranging trades (required)
• Experienced / knowledge in property management, property development, building systems
• General understanding of building drawings (MEP/Construction), HVAC drawings, electrical and plumbing lines.
• Complex problem solving skills
• Familiarity with current building codes and standards considered an asset
• Direct experience with electrical, commercial plumbing, and onsite installation experience - required
• Onsite - Project Management experience with one of the following designations - PMP, CPMP, MPM, or CAPM (required) - specific to equipment installations. (5 years experience minimum).

You Will

• Communicate, connect and create relationships with Suppliers, installers, sales teams, maintenance teams, etc
• Work in conjunction with sales
• Update product installation and maintenance manuals.
• Guide the installation team comprised of electricians and maintenance personnel during all project phases
• Manage supply chain processes
• Consult on building system and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with engineers, project managers, and construction professionals as needed to create and/or modify design parameters.
• Assist in building out the Installation and maintenance team for North America (USA & Canada)
• Participate in technical sales presentations
• Bring a thorough understanding of MEP drawings, flow parameters, Electrical diagrams, Electrical parameters and conversion, building systems.
• Bring experience with Agile methods
• Have extensive knowledge of building codes (Electrical and Plumbing)in North America (USA & Canada)
• Provide assistance in understanding project requirements, goals, design specifications, and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility, and implementation of new air and water filtration equipment.
• Help oversee operational processes and management systems

Salary

• $80,000 - $100,000CAD commensurate to experience
