The ideal candidate for this position will possess a minimum of 6 years of project management experience in the construction industry, with proficiency in Revit and knowledge of National and Ontario Building Codes. In addition, the Project Manager should have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines, and the ability to adapt to project scope change.

Responsibilities for this position include:

• Coordinating both internal and external teams,
• Preparing and coordinating architectural drawings using 3D Revit,
• Hosting project engineering meetings with clients, and establishing and growing relationships with clients.
• Identifying project scope and managing schedules,
• Monitoring the performance of team members,

Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for analyzing project status, addressing client-requested scope changes, reporting project outcomes, assessing risks, and tracking projects based on the work plan.
