The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities
- Monitor project deliverables
- Leverage the expertise of a Senior Project Manager and team to ensure the project scope is well documented and managed properly throughout the delivery cycle of the project.
- Develop project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for projects.
- Manage multiple-size projects from beginning to end.
- Conduct all project management tasks to ensure schedule, cost, and quality goals are met.
- Discuss and prioritize project issues with the leadership, and provide support to the project team as required.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time and meet all business and contractual requirements.
- Maintain project tracking and provide status reports to senior leadership.
- Set project timeline
- Communicate project status, progress on deliverables, and risks/issues to leadership in a timely manner.
- Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them
- Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project's progress
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, software engineers, developers, and technical leads to ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Define project scope, charter, goals, and deliverables in support of business goals and work with senior leadership for approvals.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of demonstrated experience in managing projects.
- Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills including presentations, emails, and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- French is an asset.
- Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
- Good understanding of Quality Assurance.
- Preference for past experience working in business incubators.
- Experience in business process redesign projects.
