We are hiring an Operations & Warehouse Coordinator to help us realize our vision of enabling entrepreneurs around the world to launch their own brand.

We are looking for an ambitious coordinator to help us deliver solutions that support and enhance Blanka’s B2B and B2C services. As an Operations & Warehouse Coordinator, you will be responsible for identifying, developing and implementing systems and infrastructure that act as the core of Blanka’s warehouse operations. YOU’RE EXCITED ABOUT THE ROLE BECAUSE…

• You will communicate directly with Blanka’s merchants to address any order-related inquiries
• You will oversee receiving, order fulfillment, shipping, inventory management, inventory tracking and (re)ordering
• You will identify and deliver innovative technology solutions that meet business needs for today and tomorrow
• You will develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline warehouse processes and improve overall efficiency
• You will manage inventory levels by ensuring accurate records are maintained and new inventory is ordered as needed
• You will work with Blanka’s shipping carriers to negotiate improved rates
