Maintain a contact list in Diabsolut’s internal Customer Relationship Management system (Salesforce)

Oversee contracts and contract management repositories in SharePoint and MS Teams

Track all certifications, trainings, voucher codes, and training expenses within Diabsolut practices

Experience with MS Teams, DevOps, Salesforce and SharePoint , Microsoft word, Excel and Powerpoint.

Provide administrative support to the Operations team and its clients

Plan events and coordinate meetings for Diabsolut practices for both virtual and in-person events

Must possess a minimum of 5-7 years warehouse management experience, performing substantially similar functions.

Demonstrates superior organizational, time management, and follow up skills.

Manages a distribution center team including ensuring time/attendance management, interviewing, selection, coaching, training and evaluating team members.

Prepare and communicate reports and management information as requested.

Demonstrates proficient knowledge of modern warehousing practices and common shipping techniques to ensure proper product protection.

Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls

1. Leadership and Team Management:

- Implement effective sorting, categorization, and inventory management strategies.

- Previous experience in order management, customer care, supply chain, logistics, and inventory management required

- At least 5 years of experience working directly within the Warehouse and Distribution sector

Learn day to day operations of Atlantic Warehousing processes including control & warehouse management system

Have previous related internship experience (an asset);

Are active in extracurricular activities on campus or in the community;

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a warehouse / 3PL environment with proven managerial skills

Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management System(s) (WMS) in preparing orders, shipping documents and inventory reports

Develop warehouse operations systems by determining product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization, inventory management, gate processes, and shipping

Overall management of the warehouse

Experience with 3PL ecommerce fulfillment / pick and pack operations
