About the Role
As an Operations Warehouse Administrator you possess excellent organizational skills and prioritize customer satisfaction. You collaborate closely with the warehouse and technical service teams to deliver outstanding service to our customers. Your responsibilities include coordinating shipping and receiving of equipments, supporting inventory count, handling returns and warranty claims, and ensuring the warehouse is well-maintained and organized.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide support to warehouse and technical services team when required to unbox and set-up small printers.
- Process machine returns.
- Organize warehouse and maintain bin location system.
- Review and process warranty claims.
- Provide assistance in deliveries of equipment to customers.
- Assist in inventory control measures through bin location assignments and regular inventory counts.
- Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and report any hazards to Service Manager.
- Coordinate order shipping and receiving through effective planning, tracking, and documentation.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Heavy lifting is required, with safe lifting techniques.
- Computer skills.
- Mechanical/Electrical Background is an asset.
- Ability to work on projects independently.
- Experience with Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Excellent customer relations, organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
Requirements
- Forklift Experience a necessity. A Valid Forklift Certificate required.
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and acceptable driving record necessary.
- 1-2 years of experience in the industry.
