Job Description

HCR Permanent Search is currently working with a top manufacturing company in Aurora who needs to hire an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor for a straight day shift (6am – 2pm). To be considered, you will need work experience working for a manufacturing company in a warehouse leadership role and have a propane counterbalance license . MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous warehouse leadership while being employed for a manufacturing company
  • A valid propane counterbalance forklift license
  • Good computer skills.


Responsibilities

  • Ensures staff work safely
  • Ensures on time delivery
  • Ensure smooth material flow within the warehouse
  • Drive a forklift, when necessary
  • Ensures that there is adequate inventory on hand for deliveries
  • Oversees shippers and receivers
  • Coordinates truck schedules
