  • The shift is 3 am to 1 pm (Sunday to Wednesday).
  • You’ll get to ensure the seamless running of our delivery business day-to-day
  • You are a huge fan of health and safety and will have the ability to promote and follow safe work methods and behaviours.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment with lots of action where you need to adapt very quickly to the needs of the business by making quick decisions and problem-solving situations that will come up
  • You’ll utilise your communication and leadership skills with employees and Independent Delivery Contractors to ensure on-time deliveries and outstanding customer experience including managing undelivered packages as well completing daily reports
  • You’ll have the opportunity to participate in the development of procedures and working methods as well as ensuring they are followed by monitoring key performance indicators.
