The Role
Warehouse & Equipment Supervisor will be the front-line lead for the Warehouse and Airline Equipment & Ware- Wash Teams. The incumbent will be responsible for optimizing warehouse processes, overseeing, and coordinating the daily Airline Equipment Cleaning and packing which includes but no limited to, airline equipment management, inventory management, maintain the par levels etc.
The Warehouse Supervisor & Equipment Supervisor is generally expected to be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of the work and maximizing productivity of our warehouse.
Responsibilities
·Supervise equipment packing and equipment cleaning staff and daily activities.
·Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.
·Tracking and coordinating the receipt, storage, and timely delivery of goods and materials.
·Order supplies and maintain suitable inventory levels.
·Check orders, bills, items received, inventory, and deliveries for accuracy.
·Maintain records, report relevant information, and prepare any necessary documentation.
·Ensuring basic maintenance standards and compliance with health and safety regulations.
·Perform a daily inspection of the warehouse grounds.
·Coordinating and maintaining inventory and equipment.
·Implement new methods, processes, and improvements.
·Work with management teams to observe disciplinary issues, attendance, and performance of direct reports.
·Measure and address the effectiveness of employee performance and warehousing activities.
·Communicating and coordinating with other departments and customers.
·Define staffing needs and allocate workload.
·Complete other duties as directed.
Qualifications/ Skills
·Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field.
·Previous experience of warehouse/ airlines preferred
·Established warehouse supervisory expertise.
·Highly efficient supervisory techniques and skills
·Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.
·Time management skills and the ability to delegate.
·Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
·Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
·Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry systems
