Equipment Maintenance Supervisor Jobs

Providing effective project management for tool installations and qualification

Competitive pay of $28 - $40 / hour depending on direct industry experience

$28 - $38 / hour with previous maintenance experience in metrology

$39 + / hour with 10+ years of maintenance experience in metrology (top pay can be more than $45 / hour)

Wearing full Clean Room PPE, including receiving a respirator certification when needed

·Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management.

·Time management skills and the ability to delegate.

·Work with management teams to observe disciplinary issues, attendance, and performance of direct reports.

·Degree in business, management, logistics or a related field.

·Manage, evaluate, and report on warehouse productivity.

·Previous experience of warehouse/ airlines preferred

Able to plan and implement the maintenance activities including parts ordering and inventory management

$48.00 - $56.00/Hourly based on previous experience and skills

Ability to work with pumps, gearboxes, compressors, knowledge ofcryogenic technologies, and calibrate equipment

Able to manage contractor relationships and coordinate project objectives

Strong computer literacy: able to manage the Computerized Maintenance Systems

Ability to repair and replace bearings, gears, seals, and structural components

Top up machine oils, and record usage and manage oil and coolant inventories.

Manage and order maintenance parts as required.

Maintain all equipment and building in a safe and clean manner

Perform preventative maintenance by adhering to the preventative maintenance schedule for each machine/department

Track, report, and document all preventative maintenance on the Company’s internal network

Ability to Operator Fork Lift and Scissor Lift equipment.

Strong communication and change management skills

Implementation and management of all safety initiatives

Work with the Safety Department and Management to administer, promote and review safety policies, processes and procedures.

Assist in the implementation and management of all local and regional safety initiatives, providing feedback as necessary.

Responsible for the management and leadership of internal and external maintenance staff.

Undergraduate degree in a relevant field preferred or a combination of education and experience. EXPERIENCE

Manage external contractors as required.

7+ years of experience manufacturing equipment installation and servicing

2+ years experience supervising technical team

Experience in electrical systems (building and mechanical) is an asset.

OACETT, Electrician or Millwright certification is an asset.

Facilities knowledge, specifically mechanical/electrical, current and future state
