About the role:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Operations Specialist to join our team. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our operations team and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. This is an excellent opportunity for students (ideally, 3rd-year students) who are looking to gain experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Other duties as assigned.
• Keep everyone organized and stay on top of the projects
• Provide support for special projects as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and reports.
• Assist with daily operations
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and timely delivery
• Process payroll.

Requirements:

• Someone who is smart, driven, organized, and responsible.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
