Job Description
Are you a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager looking for an amazing new role? Do you want to work in a exciting growing healthcare technology company? Then this could be the perfect opportunity for you.


This a very exciting Operations Manager position for a talented and multi-faceted individual. The successful candidate will be responsible in overseeing and optimising all operational processes, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and fostering amazing working relationships with customers. Whilst this is a digital healthcare company, the client is open to and encourages candidates with a diverse sector knowledge.


This fantastic company offers very hybrid working with the expectation to come into 2-3 times a month, but this would need to be flexible due to the seniority of this position. The role is a full time, permanent position working from 9-5:30pm with a 37.5 hour week. The office is based in Windsor. The salary on offer is between £45,000-£50,000.


What are the responsibilities of the Operations Manager role?


  • Proactively identify operational risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows, resource allocation, and timely completion of all tasks and projects
  • Present the company's services and capabilities to external customers, maintaining strong relationships with key external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with key areas of the business internally, to streamline processes, enhance operational effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • To support the Head of Operations and Operations Director with tasks and projects.
  • Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize efficiency within the company.


What skills and attributes do I need for the Operations Manager role?


  • Humble - they have a hierarchy but day to day they work collectively, celebrate successes and review failures as a team
  • Experience in presenting to external companies whilst building and maintaining successful relationships.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Open and honest approach at all times
  • 5 years’ experience in managing teams, presenting leadership and management skills to effectively oversee each team/department, to motivate employees, delegate tasks and provide guidance
  • Highly organised and able to work on own initiative with the ability to problem solve with a common-sense approach
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams.
  • 5 years customer service experience
