Responsibilities
As a Project Manager, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities, including:
Leading Special Projects: Independently managing and coordinating special projects, from planning meetings to creating engaging presentations. Tracking and reporting progress, ensuring project milestones are met, and providing proactive solutions.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Researching and analyzing data, compiling comprehensive reports, and summarizing key information from various sources. Presenting findings in a clear and compelling manner.
Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as a primary point of contact for internal and external partners, acting as a liaison between teams. Anticipating needs, addressing inquiries, and facilitating effective communication.
Administrative Support: Assisting the Service Line Leadership Team and Executive Leadership in their day-to-day operations. Managing correspondence, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support.
Team Collaboration: Promoting seamless collaboration and communication among project team members, ensuring everyone is aligned and working towards a common goal.
Calendar Management and Event Coordination: Maintaining executives' calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating conferences, and organizing special events as needed.
Quality Improvement and Data Collection: Participating in activities related to quality improvement, data collection, and tracking, ensuring accurate information is gathered for analysis and decision-making.
Qualifications
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent.
Project Management Certification: Preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in progressively responsible project management and administrative roles, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating the required skills.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel). Familiarity with scheduling and managing Teams and/or Zoom meetings. Willingness to learn new systems and tools.
Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Problem-Solving Abilities: Demonstrated ability to exercise good judgment, make sound decisions, and provide creative solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Team Player: Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, respecting others' perspectives and contributing to a positive work culture.
Confidentiality: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Flexibility: Adaptability to shifting priorities and willingness to embrace new challenges with a focused and flexible approach.
Compliance: Must be able to pass a criminal record/fingerprint clearance and any drug testing required by the organization.
