About Our Client
Our client is an integrated team of companies that operate, develop, and construct residential and commercial real estate. Our client is a fast growing and dynamic team that has immediate hiring needs.

• Meet with stakeholders to understand their project needs and provide advice on functionality, budget, schedule, and general building types.
• Maintain relationship with client and communication on project progression, making necessary changes to comply with client needs under contractual obligations
• Work with the estimating department on project
• Forecast and work collaboratively with construction leadership to implement necessary changes to improve project performance
• Review and update the project schedule with appropriate details
• Assist in providing liaison and coordination among government authorities, utility companies, and other authorities having jurisdiction over the place of the work.
• Establish a cost control program and prepare a cash flow forecast for the project.
• Prepare preliminary construction schedule for client review.

The Successful Applicant

• Expert knowledge of construction methods, materials, sequencing and equipment.
• Advanced understanding of Microsoft Project, Excel, Word.
• Experience in Preconstruction Management, Value Engineering, Estimating are assets.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical drawings and identify deficiencies within them and discrepancies between them.
• Diploma in full time Construction Engineering Management program or similar + 10 years experience managing construction projects from start to end
• Experience with Procore and Jonas software are assets.
