We are seeking a friendly and dynamic Project Manager to join our team and take charge of exciting and diverse projects. As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in facilitating the efficient execution of Executive Leadership projects and activities. Your responsibilities will include planning meetings, creating engaging presentations, tracking and reporting progress, and managing various service line-related projects. Additionally, you will provide vital administrative support to our Service Line Leadership Team and ensure the smooth day-to-day operations for our Executive Leadership.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work independently as a project manager for special events, showcasing your organizational and multitasking skills. As the primary liaison to internal and external partners, you will serve as an extension of the Executive Leadership, anticipating their needs and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
Salary: Competitive starting salary of $65,000 to $75,000 annually.
Responsibilities
Independently and collaboratively work on various projects, acting as the project manager for special initiatives, planning meetings, creating captivating presentations, and tracking progress.
Conduct research and analyze data to compile reports, presentations, and summaries, ensuring the dissemination of relevant information from diverse sources.
Centralize and deliver information to stakeholders, providing comprehensive reports on project progress, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource utilization.
Exercise independent judgment to assess risks and issues across projects, offering innovative solutions and timely mitigation strategies.
Foster seamless team collaboration and communication, aligning distributed and remote teams to ensure everyone is on the same page.
Serve as a gatekeeper and liaison to internal and external stakeholders, promptly managing inquiries and redirecting them when necessary.
Provide general and executive administrative support, drafting correspondence, creating visual presentations, maintaining records, and responding to information requests.
Coordinate with service lines, the Executive Leadership team, and other staff to ensure the timely completion of strategic priorities.
Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conferences and travel arrangements, and organize special events as needed.
Support and participate in quality improvement activities, data collection, and tracking.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Associate's Degree required; Project Management certification preferred.
5 years of experience in progressively responsible project management and administrative duties, or a combination of education and experience demonstrating the ability to perform the core responsibilities of the position.
Proficiency in MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and scheduling/managing Teams and/or Zoom meetings.
Technologically savvy with a willingness to learn new systems and tools.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to interact effectively with associates at all levels and the public.
Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with great attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize, coordinate, and implement multiple tasks efficiently.
Demonstrated good judgment, decision-making skills, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities.
Maintains confidentiality and exercises discretion in handling sensitive information.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must pass all required drug testing and obtain and maintain a criminal record/fingerprint clearance as per company and/or program requirements.
