- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a legal setting (legal department, law office, courts)
- Ability to adapt to high periods of activity, multitasking and working efficiently
- Knowledge and experience using SAP and Meeting Planner is an asset.
- Highly effective organizational skills
- Competencies in other languages an asset.
- Undergraduate degree or recognized office administration program/business program/secretarial program and/or a combination of education, training and progressively responsible experience required.
- High level computer proficiency with computer applications
- Excellent customer service awareness and abilities
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong knowledge and experience using MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, SharePoint, MS Outlook (calendar, email,) is required.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and formats.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience supporting senior management or lawyers in government or private practice.
- Graduation from a Legal Assistant program is preferred.
