What You Will Do

Our team is small, so this is the perfect opportunity to dig into everything that we do and contribute at a multi-functional level.

As an Operations and Customer Service Specialist, you will work in the US market space and spend approximately 70% of your time facilitating operations, 20% providing customer service, and 10% conducting sales.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring Shopify is up to date, including arranging shipping to end users and entering new orders.
• Leveraging your logistics experience to skillfully manage third-party delivery, warehouse, and trucking teams.
• Maintaining consistent, timely, and professional follow-up with customers who have reached out for support.
• Identifying new, creative opportunities for business growth and expansion in the e-commerce space.
• Providing customers with expert-level advise on what products will best suit their needs and unique living space through phone calls, emails, and live chats.

What You Bring To The Table

• You bring 3+ years of Customer Service experience.
• You have 1+ year of Sales experience, preferably in the e-commerce space.
• You bring an unparalleled customer-centric approach – you’re committed to providing customers with excellent service, every time.
• You have experience using Shopify to streamline customers’ e-commerce experience.
• Experience using Warehouse Management Systems is an asset.
• You are comfortable working independently and driving ideas forward.
• You have experience working with third-party warehouse and delivery teams.
• You have knowledge of the US market to help drive initiatives and meet targets.
• You think outside the box but know when to take a more structured approach to meet objectives.
• You have knowledge or experience with e-commerce.
• You bring 3+ years of Operations experience.
• You are always looking for the next opportunity to elevate the business.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and in writing.
