Proven experience in airport operations, customer service, or airline management, with 5-10 years of leadership experience.

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.

Supervise and manage day-to-day airport operations, including check-in, boarding, ground handling, and aircraft turnaround processes.

Manage unforeseen events, emergencies, and security incidents in real-time, implementing contingency plans as needed.

Oversee the customer service team to enhance the overall passenger experience.

Proven communication and time-management skills

Prior Transportation, and/or Logistics experience is an asset, but not a must

Ensuring that campus amenities are fully supported and available to the community

Troubleshooting technical issues and assisting with classroom technology;

Assisting with room setup, breakdown, and reconfiguration;

Assisting with student orientations and campus events;

Ensuring facility related issues are reported and followed up on in a timely fashion

Including but not limited to assisting faculty and student services staff with printing handouts and organizing promotional materials;

Ensuring that campus amenities are fully supported and available to the community
