Customer Service Specialist Jobs

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to act as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams. Your role will be to seek new business opportunities by contacting and developing relationships with potential customers clients

Successful candidates for this this role will have previous experience developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will use your communication skills to cultivate strong relationships with customers, from first contact until the closing of a deal. You will also be ensuring proper after-sales follow up. Leads and call lists will be provided to you.

Responsibilities

• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
• Contact potential clients through calls and emails
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
• Report to the Business Manager for (weekly/monthly/quarterly) call results.
• Quality leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities
• Present our company to new potential clients
• Set up meetings or calls between prospective clients and Account Executives

Requirements and skills

• Ability to deliver engaging presentations
• Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts)
• BSc degree in Marketing, Business Administration or relevant field
• Proven work experience as a Business Development Representative, Sales Account Executive orsimilar role.
• Track record of achieving sales quotas Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques including cold calls, Emails
• Understanding of sales performance metrics

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour + Commissions
